There is no set time associated with court ordered house arrest. It is a case by case biases. Unlike being released from jail on bond or OR bond, where you are not earning any time served credit while awaiting trial. However, If your house arrest is *managed by a GPS monitor* You can potentially earn Time served for every day you spent under court ordered house arrest towards your sentence (if your found guilty) for good behavior, and complying with all your conditions.

South CarolIna Law states that time spent on house arrest, can be counted towards time served Provided you meet the statue criteria.
